Remote Servicing Remote service is provided on an as-needed basis. Usually, we can save you some money (and personal privacy) using this service. If you can connect to the internet, we can connect to your machine and perform all of the necessary tasks.. Without having to come to your home. We use LogMeIn: Rescue, which does not require any software installation and is only a TEMPORARY connection (connection can only be used once and is terminated immediately after use). $30.00 per hour +tx
