Core PC Repair

This is about as basic as it gets. We will start from the obvious to the exotic when we service a PC. We will do this because most computers have similar issues, and therefore have similar fixes (we just want to cover all the bases). Most of the time our work is done on site, this is so we can see if there any“environmental” variables that might be the cause of your problem.

In rare cases, to save you money,we will suggest that the offending computer be taken back to the technician’s private work area(this is so you don’t have to pay us for just sitting there when we could be fixing other computers while yours is thinking about what to do next).Either way, the cost is the same.

Notebook Repair

Notebook PCs are much smaller versions of their desktop cousins. Because of this, they require more specialized knowledge, skills, and tools to service.They can be much more difficult to upgrade, and nearly impossible repair if one of the internal boards or the display is physically broken. The replacement parts are usually more expensive and sometimes more difficult to come by. All of these reasons,and more, are why our rates are slightly different for Notebooks vs. Desktop PCs.
